Overall experience was amazing. Only really BIG letdown was the fact that the car wing mirrors are manual on an automatic car. The two previous VW vehicles were manual and had electric windows. For a larger vehicle and being so used to electric mirrors for parking etc, it is a disappointment that it doesn’t come as standard and we were not notified of this! Had we been notified, we would have looked at other options or if this feature could have been added?!

I didn't realise until later but the car did not have a parcel shelf or a wheel trim removal key/kit. I'm going to have to source these now to replace them but given this was an approved used vehicle I would have assumed someone would have highlighted the missing wheel trim key as something fairly fundamental. It's a small thing but its really annoying and whenever anyone asks me about buying the car its bound to come up.
