I did wait for quite a while before I was told I needed to come back, as they did not realise my car needed an oil service, despite me explaining this in an email when getting booked in. However despite this miscommunication, the service was great! Very friendly staff, and my car was actually cleaned aswell which is always a bonus! It was a great experience overall.

Amazing and friendly service. The customer relations officer kept me in the know the whole time and endeavoured to get everything done on the Saturday even when I had to take it away to get a new tire. Kudos to her for her friendly customer service.

Luke Williams did a great job at explaining our options and found a suitable vehicle with the specs we were looking for. Unfortunately we decided on another brand of vehicle, we thought the finishing touches were better. The consultation process was the best we received having visited both Mercedes and Audi dealerships.

It will be good to have the video. It will be good to receive a reminder on my booked service 1-2 day before the booked day. I do not get any reminder to book my services. Please also send reminder 1-2 months in advance so that I can plan in advance.

The only issue was the 'uncertainty' as to how long it will be delayed for delivery. My vehicle arrived 3 months after the anticipated delivery date, but even this information was not available until a week before the delivery. I fully sympathise with the dealer with ongoing Brexit and COVID issues causing problems, but as a customer, we also get into unnecessary difficulty when the delivery date is at least predicted to the nearest month.

The iD3 will be the ideal replacement for the Polo diesel The need is driven by ULEZ and CC, rather than the age or condition of the Polo. At present the cost of paying the additional charges is significantly less than the cost of depreciation of a new iD3. We would therefore be purchasing an electric car as a lifestyle choice rather than to save running costs. The decision is constantly under review because we would like to own and electric VW for the purpose of making numerous short local journeys.

A salesman less polite attentive and if I lived closer I probably would’ve bought a car but I was visiting my daughter in London I live in Devon, I see only reason I didn’t purchase a card from your company
