I thought the commentary on the video was very difficult to follow as it was too fast and the accent was difficult to understand at times.A slower explanation would be much better. Thanks

Pick up was late by a few hours with no communication they were running late

My car had to visit the dealership for another software update. The car was retained by the dealership for three weeks as I was away. When I collected the car the problem had been corrected but when I got home and opened the boot I found the car in a filthy state around the boot and inside the boot. The car had been parked under a tree and was covered in leaves, seeds and general detritus. I took the car back and it was cleaned. Not very well!

Maurice the sales guy was great having to sell us a car that had a few issues. He was always honest and kept us informed. Under pressure he always had a smile and made us both feel valued

I was very happy with the service I received. The car is driving beautifully and it was so clean and shiny. Thank you so much for cleaning the car inside and out.

A fault with the Air Conditioning held things up and I had to leave the car overnight. Unfortunately, the fault could not be entirely recified but the AC is now in reasonable working order.

It was an excellent experience I was well looked after by the showroom staff very helpful I will come again soon to select a car

Javed was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a delay in getting back to me for a few days, which was disappointing but was explained afterwards.
