Overall very pleased - a few issues with the car is the only aspect i would raise.

Always a great experience, I’ve only got an older 2014 GTI but I’m treated like I’ve just bought a brand new one, staff are courteous and knowledgeable, premises spotless, work is carried out perfectly, honestly these days I do simple tasks on the car for myself and the rest such as MOT or fiddly rear brake work I take it to lookers, well worth the price above any independent. I can’t sing these guys praises enough. Washed it too..

It was a very nice experience as the manager himself came outside as we were leaving to understand why we decided to walk away and consider our options rather than staying and closing the deal. That extra effort on the managers part and his genuine effort was what helped us sign up on the day of our appointment. We were not judged for our misalignment of what we wanted and financial flexibility. It was adapted and made to work within request. Highly highly recommend.
