Maurice was very helpful and kind as I was very nervous taking an expensive car out on a test drive. He went through all the finance options with me afterwards but, the price was not competitive enough. I shall of course be looking to have the car that I choose (Tiguan) with a Lease Hire Company with you solely based on the service I received.

The car was not cleaned after we had a full service, and in fact was in a worse state than when we left it, as paper sheets were left scrunched all over the floors. When we pay close to £200 for a service for a car that is less than a year old (and thus needs nothing done to it), I would expect it to be cleaned.

Digtal communcations was a bit fragmented and car was still being prepared when I was told it was ready.

Staff members communications are next to none, hospitality and prompt response to any eventualities are very much on point. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends/families
