Your switchboard phoned to say my car service was finished and ready for the collection at 13:50. I said I would come straight away to pick it up as I only live 15 mins away and to avoid the traffic. When I arrived the manager didn't seemed to know where the car was and if ready. I was told to sit and have a coffee. After an hour later I was still waiting, and then the car turned up hastily washed and still dripping wet at just after 15:15. Nearly an hour and half after I was told it was ready for collection I wouldn't normally report this but this same situation happened the previous time I used your garage. Please in future only contact me when the car is actually ready regards Richard

The customer service at Battersea is always impeccable. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and always have a smile for you when you arrive.
