Would welcome the return of collect and delivery service. Very inconvenient for me to drop off and collect , as no direct transport to my home. Ended up having to walk to Clapham Junction

The car was with Lookers for a long time - nearly three weeks, and I needed to chase for updates on progress (I think there were delays to the parts) however you did a great deal on the parts and labour when they arrived. Many thanks.

We were really impressed by Maurice. He was very helpful, replied to our email requests for information quickly and stayed late to do us a video of the car on the day we enquired about it.

new cars needing software updates after only 33 days ain't a good look - my car was not used for 8 days while i waited - so will my warranty be extended 8 days to compensate !
