Very satisfied with service. A lovely welcome on arrival from Jay and the person I spoke to upstairs in the Service Department.The reason I didn’t give the service 5* is that I highlighted a small scuff in body paint (which I only noticed a week after picking up my brand new car from your showroom. As it was noted in paperwork, I was hoping that it would have been polished out but when the car was returned the scratch was still there and no mention of it was made.

Ashley was friendly, however need a call back as my GTE no longer self charges since the service.

I want to commend Jay for his excellent service.

Ben was really helpful and has promised to contact me with an update of the part the car needs for the electrics to work correctly and to stop several warning light coming on randomly. This was a service but this is the 3rd time its come back due to warning lights coming on inappropriately.

I was helped by Hasmat who is part of the sales team. He was extremely helpful and especially patient with me as an elderly, female buyer (over 80). He made the whole experience very easy. He as always able to answer my questions and explained well. I was also very struck by the friendliness, politeness and helpfulness of all the staff I encountered. This is not something I have experienced at other showrooms.

Very friendly staff. Lovely clean environment, like a show room. Great customer lounge and waiting area to sit during service.

I was really impressed with Maurice at your Battersea branch on arrival he was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. He helped us find our car although it wasn’t at the branch he let us test drive a similar car and assured us with all our questions. I had my 10 year old grandson who has ADHD so had lots of energy and questions however he was very engaging and put us all at ease so much so that he now wants to become a car salesman. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. I hope this review gets back to him!!
