I was most impressed with my salesperson Maz. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very polite and I was more than happy to buy my car from him. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service from the services team. I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. Communicate well, my appointment was at the specifies time and no problem I was 10 minutes early. I had an issue with some previous work that wasn’t done and they removed the excess charge and completed the work no problems. All round hassle free and great service. Booking the appointment was easy but that is really all that’s done, unfortunately the booking team are unable to answer any other questions if any they have to be answered by the service team face to face

From the initial enquiry to the signing the agreement & got the car, the process was fine and I am satisfied with the sales and support team. However, I am disappointed that, as it was agreed with your salesperson in written that certain parts of the car need to be replaced when I signed the sales contract, and the sales team committed that it will take some time for the spare parts to arrive and then contact me for the replacement. But so far, it's also almost a month already, I got no updates when the replacement can be arranged or how much longer I need to wait. I wrote to the concerned salesperson but no reply so far. I hope that it is not sell-and-run practice. Is there anybody can help keep me updated ?

Great front of house service in the workshop. Was impressed that you also washed my van! Glasgow Lookers had arranged and paid for the work but the experience felt as though I was an existing and important customer.

Yes, the only thing is the coffee machine was not working because I was thirsty and wanted to have some latte. Therefore, I would recommend in future they fix it .

I thought the service was seamless and excellent from start to finish my only slight annoyance was that there was just a little too much communication. (slightly repetitive at stages) However this is certainly better than too little. Also on the initial call to find out if I wanted a service and MOT a lot of questions required answers that as a consistent yearly customer a lot of this detail must be on my records once confirmation had been assessed that I am the owner of the car, it would have been easier if you had read out the info for me to agree.
