Re Q4 - the day after my vehicle had its MOT (and passed) at Lookers I received a phone call from Lookers reminding me that my MOT was due and would I like to book in!Left hand and right hand...??!

My car was supposed to have had a dashboard fitted as it was one of the call back cars but it didn’t happen. Also there are some discrepancies as to the service. In December 2921 I was told something completely different to my visit in April this year 2022 so it has concerned me somewhat.
