Very polite staff right throughout the dealership, and explained everything thoroughly. They also feel a lot more honest and upfront than the previous dealership I used to go to, which is reassuring. Good advice and everyone really easy to deal with.

So amazing and helpful especially from Peter in the service department. My overall experience was very good and can’t fault volkswagen battersea.

During the day, I was given an amber warning to change the cam belt at a cost of £778. I queried this as the car is 8 years old and the belt shd be changed after 5 years. The agent rechecked, and found that the job had indeed been done after 5 years, "on a different system". I had planned to check my own service records before giving the go-ahead to such an expensive job, but not every customer will have those. So it is a little concerning that your records are not reliable on such an expensive and important matter.

All the team were excellent - I dealt most with Peter in servicing who was very helpful and professional.
