Max was excellent. No nonsense, straight, clear, and instilled total confidence. The first sales guy I met needs to work a bit more on listening. He kept trying to sell me cars I didn't want, was a bit evasive about stock (eg reluctant to let me look at his screen), and appeared to be focussed on shifting me a car rather than identifying what I needed. He didn't know at the time but I was there with a debit card and ready to go. It was really only his sales patter that put me off. By contrast, Maz had me sorted and driving away within 150 minutes of my enquiry.

Excellent salesman

This was the second return visit after some new sensors were installed for the turbo last autumn. There was a problem linked to the sensors and the catalytic convertor in January. It was seemingly resolved until I broke down a week ago. The new sensors had proved faulty and so were replaced on this visit, all free of charge as the fault was with the replacement sensors. Thank you
