We were taken care of by Leandro who was well informed and more than helpful, also arrangind a test drive with short notice. Unfortuinatey we decided against buying a Golf, but inspite of this Leandro was charming, understanding our reasons and did not make us feel awkward or that we had wasted his time, which we very much appreciated. I had found a car with your group raised the funds only to be informed on the day to pay in full that my Licence had been temporarily suspended for medical reasons. I was gutted but your team at Lookers Battersea (Volkswagen) were brilliant in returning my deposit promptly. Thank you!
