Richard is always cheery and and courteous, but everyone was lovely.

Lookers had a car that fitted my specification and effected the part exchange smoothly and helpfully. Unfortunately valeting had forgotten to return the parcel shelf to the car I purchased and this was not spotted so I had to return to collect. Whilst the car manual is available electronically I would strongly suggest a paper manual is needed with each car; Lookers were able to provide me with a 2018 manual.

Car not cleaned very well. Wheels were filthy and body work was patchy, with dirt not fully cleaned off.

I was very pleased with the service given following my inquiries:informative, helpful, polite. Unfortunately for personal reason I am unable at the moment to purchase a replacement vehicle. I will definitively recommend Lookers and contact again the company very soon .

Excellent communication during the process for adding additional work items

I was made to feel really welcome when I arrived at the Car Park and also at the Service area. The problem I had with the washers was explained clearly via a video.The car was valeted so well it was like a new car. Thank you.
