Very easy to purchase our new car, despite the Pandemic. Many of the signing of forms was done on-line which was great. Only problem with that system is it required mobile phone reception, which does not always work for me. The member of Staff we dealt with was professional and very helpful. We are very pleased with our new car, despite it being from stock rather than via order. Excellent!

Excellent sales service. The Touran was as we expected and we enjoy driving it. Some disappointment that certain items are not included which we had to asked for after the sale, such as Floor mats, Data Plug and key rings. Otherwise we are very happy with our purchase.

Very good - only draw back after car sanitized - you need car washing - but the team that do that are not back on duty. Otherwise cannot fault experience.
