Because the system was easy to understand and follow. Kath was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. As it was my first time bringing the car in, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff were so kind and welcoming.

Would have preferred to speak to an advisor as the service icon had appeared on dash and I wasn’t able to book within the stated time frame of message. Also no drop down menu for planned service Prompt customer service with friendly staff Arrived at 8 am and had to wait a few minutes for premises to open.
