Easy to use and did not take long better when I got to garage. The service team were great everything was ready and sorted in no time very professional. But the sales team leave a lot to be desired I booked an appointment at the same time to view a new Tiguan no one new about and no car was ready to view in fact although I was told there was one to view there wasnt no one appeared interested my wife was disgusted Won’t be buying our next car from here.

A problem, that I was not aware of, was identified and dealt with very promptly - and at no cost as I had the extended warranty. Also, my car was washed and vacuumed, although I had not requested this. Very good all round.
