Servicing fine. BUT We opted to drop our VW off and use our other car to leave the garage anticipating shopping at Whitebirk as we waited. No one explained that our servicing would not be as quick as if we had opted to wait. We expected to pick our car up before lunchtime. It was 3.15 before it was ready and by then we had done approximately 40 miles back home and back to Lookers by then.
