Most of all my car service was completed in a timely manor I was kept uptodate and my car felt it had been in for a service when driving it home Very efficient attentive as well of the car being serviced

My car recently had its MOT and whilst that was happening I spoke to Kathy the motability specialist regarding my next car. Having these done on the same day made it much easier for me.

Everything was explained in full and Kathy Higham was absolutely excellent… she went through the whole car explaining ever aspect

Was straightforward when booking and messages received prior bringing car in. Booked service on line, then received texts from Lookers Blackburn quite quickly acknowledging booking. All straightforward on the day apart from the link in the text message telling me my car was ready to collect would not open. Sorted with a phone call.

Great service experience, the guy on the desk was really helpful and explained everything, called to update on time etc. made it a really easy experience.
