Everything went smoothly. Jordan had dealt with all the queries I had raised on the test drive and went through a demonstration of all the key driver features. I also liked the special "room" where the car was waiting.

I didn’t have any problem making arrangements for the service. Everything about the service was excellent. Despite difficult weather conditions the service was undertaken as planned, and the staff involved at all levels were most pleasant. Very grateful.
