No problems experienced with on line service. Contacted by phone re car due for MOT. Booked in with no problems and even set up all in one plan at the same time. Booked car in online, took it in on the morning, dealt with quickly and kept up to date with progress. No problems on collection, efficient service.

The gentleman on arriving was super polite and smiley, however on collection the woman looked disinterested and would not make eye contact.

did not need explanation of controls as own a vw already and also the delivery man was only here to deliver and nothing else The delivery gentleman was very nice but had a serious BO problem which meant that the car smelt awful upon delivery and had to be valeted asap

Simple and hassle free At the same time we got the ID3 we got a Mercedes EQA. We have had nothing but trouble with recalls. Then when we take the car in, they can’t find any recollection of any recall. This has happened on numerous occasions. Vw service much better
