The car was prepared and ready for the afternoon of pickup where the car controls were explained with any questions answered. One aspect that slightly disappointed was that only 20 miles of fuel was showing on the display.

No issues at all in branch...staff all friendly. The only issue is the windscreen wipers....being told that VW knows they are not a good standard ie last 6 months, but having no solutions is appalling.
