The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is the complimentary wash vw have to offer after a service. I have once experienced a very clean car after a service which included clean body work and tyre shine etc. past few services I can tell this has only had a power rinse off and no contact wash. This could be improved for future services

The pick up and drop off service is so convenient, a brilliant option. The service team did a great job with my car. I also appreciated the car being cleaned.

It is a very straightforward system and the checking in just works at the click of a button. The whole experience was not stressful at all. The efficiency of the booking. The phone calls and emails of communication. Most importantly the friendliness of the individuals who call. All issues thereafter are clearly communicated and explained.

Fast and efficient way to book in. Whilst the person who dealt with my service was very pleasant and professional, I was promised that someone would come over to me, to discuss the possibility of changing my car. That person never approached at any point during my 3 hours onsite.
