Communicate the fact that if a customer wishes that their car can be available for a particular time, then they should book a waiting appointment in advance. I was very happy with the efforts to complete the service as soon as possible but noted in discussion with the adviser that an appointment was the best way to ensure that the car would available by particular time.

Paul was superb, I was discussing the purchase of a Tiguan R, unfortunately the part-ex offer for my vehicle was too low to accept, I then changed my mind for a Tourareg Black Edition which was a more suitable option given it's size, the specification available (Black Edition) as well as an additional £3k part exchange price so even discussing this with Paul I made the decision to purchase elsewhere at a dealer 300 miles from home as a result.

Initial communication was excellent. Later on it became more difficult to get answers. I was also assured I could have a retrofit of a reverse camera but I didn't get one and despite assurances I could still have one it has come to nothing despite several times of asking. I've given up and will try and get it done elsewhere.

No locking wheel nuts. Horrible smell coming from the car intermittently. Booked in for a service on 29th March. I told customer services I needed it for work. They said they would ring me back. Thanks that was Friday. Still waiting.

My inquiries we dealt with efficiently with good follow up. I was not able to purchase the T-Roc I was interested in due to budget constraints, but I will certainly return to the dealership when ready to consider a purchase again.
