Kathy Higham dealt with us from the first step into Lookers to the last step out to drive away in our new car.Every minute of the process Kathy was friendly, helpful and professional and made us feel very much at ease. Lookers are very lucky to have such a person working for them.

Due to recent events and the time we have been with you,i just wish you could help me out more,as you can tell from the amount of years we have been with you we are good long term.customers but right now we need help...but seems we cant get any...shame

Great service very efficient

I told the receptionist when booking in that the wheel nut etc were in the tool bag under driver seat but your report labels it missing. As the tool bag was under the seat when we picked the car up brand new we thought it was obvious to leave there 'cos you would know where to look if it was a regular place to leave or if she forgot to give you my message . The damaged tyre was replaced 2 days later at Kwikfit .
