Jack was fabulous! However, the car arrived a month earlier than anticipated, (Arrived 30th November) I was emailed on 28th to inform me it would arrive Wednesday. However it wasn't convenient for me to collect it on Wednesday due to work and childcare commitments. I asked if I could collect it Saturday which was fine. However on the Wednesday I was contacted numerous time when I was at work to fill in all sorts of forms etc online as it all needing signing over on that day. I felt it was very rushed and it put a little but of a downer on my excitement. Jack couldn't apologies enough and I know its not personally his fault. Other than that overall fab service!

The staff myself and my wife dealt with were very helpful and considerate to our situation. The lady on the service desk ( cant remember her name ) was excellent in changing my service day and for arranging the collection. The man who came to collect the car who my wife dealt with was very nice and friendly. Overall again another great service and one of the reasons we return to VW Blackburn when getting a new car.

The coffee machine wasn't 'frothing' coffee properly, although this was explained and apologised for, the engineer was coming back to rectify it! Looking forward to my next visit!

The Blackburn team are informative, helpful and zero fuss. Straight to the point. Love it. Offered me the service pack and explained that it was discounted for a period. Took the package with 25% off. Chris, Kath and John were super helpful!
