I had to wait approximately 2.5 months from ringing to make an appointment (which at the time was a pretty severe fault!) to actually getting my car booked in. Fortunately the fault corrected itself after 2 days otherwise I would not have been able to use my car! After getting my car booked in the service was fantastic.

I was dealt by Scott Gaskell. Lovely gentleman at Blackburn VW. Did his very best to get me the best deal. I nearly took it but it was the insurance. That was the only thing that stopped me getting the car

A great experience, really helpful staff. Made me feel comfortable and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Also very quick sorting out my details and I was lucky enough to collect my car the next day.
