The guy I spoke to when I booked my car in did not communicate the problem he gave his interpretation of it. That meant we had to go over it again at booking in and again when it had been in for fault testing.

Did not receive call backs with regard to if we would get our car back at the end of the day. It was in for 3 days.

I was charged £20 for fuel. The car I purchased was £29,999. I paid the full screen price without any discount. I'm sure you could have absorbed this cost internally. You cannot sell a car without fuel, so this should be accounted for as a cost of sale, not passed on to the customer. When I initially enquired about the car I asked if there were any admin fees or add on charges and I was advised that no there were not. Then I get charged £20 for fuel. It seems rather unethical.
