Good overall experience, Jordon was helpful and dealt with me very well. The only surprising thing for me is to do with my old car. I was told by a manager that as it was a Ford it would not be sold through Blackburn and so they had to offer only what a Lookers Ford location would pay them for it. That car is now being sold through the Blackburn location, so not sure why I was told that other than to lower my expectations of a part exchange offer. Feels a bit off putting by that.

Jordan went out of his way to explain both verbally and on video how certain aspects of the new car worked. He also responded several days later when I had a query, with a cheery message giving me all the info that I needed. I will be returning (again) in the future.
