Re communications: I found the telephone message left for me almost impossible to follow. I arrived at the garage for the arranged visit not fully prepared as a result

Vehicle booked in to repair sos button not informed that the garage needed both keys. Vehicle has had to be rebooked in Again to complete repairs. When I asked “ why wasn’t I told you needed both keys” I was ignored and the person just told me the next available date to book vehicle back in. .
