This purchase was a Motability car. I dealt with a Motability expert at Lookers VW in Blackburn where I was helped by a young man called Adam Davidson who was excellent. I cannot fault anything about my dealings with Adam from keeping me informed about the delay on my vehicle to all the information he gave me when I collected my car and all the help he gave me after. He is a credit to your company.

Good service nice stuff

Due to personal reasons (the basics of which were explained to the relevant members of staff) I had to cancel pursuing the order. I was treated professionally and sympathetically. I shall have no hesitation in contacting the same members if and when my situation changes.

The initial sales person was ok, but service improved when Csilla took over, and she was excellent, had she been involved from the start it would have been 5 stars
