Scott at Blackburn VW was super helpful, professional and not pushy at all. Scott provided us with a video of the car before we travelled to view. The car was sat ready and waiting for us when we arrived for our test drive. Unfortunately the car wasn’t for us but my brief Lookers experience was a refreshing change to the usually hellish main dealer experience. My partner HATES all car sales people with a passion but said she’d buy a car from Scott. Praise indeed!

Liam and Sarah were excellent and very professional the whole transaction went very well.

If the dealership makes an appointment time of 8am to drop car off then there should be some staff there slightly earlier I travelled some distance got there at 7.30am had to wait on car park for staff to start their shift premises locked no one around not a good welcome.

I found Csilla to be really helpful through out the whole deal including collection she was very knowledgeable and respectful. Would definitely use Blacburn again and would contact Csilla.
