The pre-visit telephone call was not received and on the day, a call asking when I would be collecting the vehicle was received when I had not been made aware the work had been completed. Perhaps a "your car is ready" call rather than a "when are you picking it up, we close at 5:30" call would be better.

Kathy was absolutely wonderful, so professional extremely efficient and outstanding at her job role. The only reason I did not end up with a vehicle was due to financial complications with my father and my own poor health. Can’t thank Kathy enough for her friendly kind manner and going the extra mile to help me.
