Csilla was fabulous. I didn’t feel pressurised at all which has been my experience with previous dealers and puts me off. She was very approachable and understanding.

Obviously I purchased under difficult circumstances, there wasn’t a car available to test drive or see so I bought it blind, therefore taking a risk but it was a good risk. I did feel like it was dropped on me as I’d ordered it in August 21 and the updates I was receiving kept saying it’s not been built yet then all of a sudden it had arrived at the dealership. Then there was an issue with fuel as my car had a large amount in but I was only going to receive £20 from the dealership, eventually this was rectified. The car is great and the wait has been crazy but I would definitely return as a customer for my next car as a long term customer I do feel you try to look after me and give me the best possible deal. Csilla was great salesperson too and I’d want to deal with her again in the future

SOS call indication error should have been fixed but has illuminated on 2 out of 5 journeys since. Not the dealership's fault, but disappointing that the car has had to be booked in for a further THREE days for attention to software faults. Being able to book in online and list all faults beforehand was very welcome. Details on website about what to do on arrival need updating (they are still for lockdown times). Ahmed on reception was great as was the technician who came out to explain about the many software faults.

I couldn't hear the technician very well in the video, could tell he did a very thorough check and no doubt a very good technician, just needed to speak a bit louder and clearer.
