Since trade in vehicle finance being settled car payments have still left my bank account, will this be refunded

The service was excellent from both the individuals I spoke to at the franchise were excellent and fully informative and endevoured to cater for my driving needs.

On collecting the vehicle it looked absolutely superb. The interior valet was Poor at best. We found sweets , sweet wrappers and coins in the backs of both seats. We also felt it all needed wiping down with cleaning wipes. Other than that it’s good. But spending 35k I thought it would of been treated to a decent interior valet. In addition to this each tire had a different tyre pressure that I’ve fixed. Thanks Jason

The only problem I had was driving home on the motorway and an error message flagged up to say there was a problem with my tyre pressures however it turned out that that particular tyre was overinflated along with 2 other tyres since I’ve sorted it I’ve had no issues since. One of my key fobs batteries ran out a day later but soon fixed that so no major complaints from me. Paul who I dealt with was friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable, he understood what I wanted from day one and it was a pleasure to meet and deal with him so thank you Paul for making my experience with Volkswagen an enjoyable one!

I had some queries after purchasing the vehicle and contacted the sales person Nick who dealt with the problem very efficiently and promptly.

Very long wait to get my car in 3 weeks ,then when I got it to you ,you needed to order the part ,required .This you said would take 2 weeks ,thankfully it only took 1 week .Atheist all is sorted now
