The vehicle was completed promptly although returned to me unwashed - not a big issue but I had been advised that the car would be washed and vacuumed. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the quality of your work and will continue to use Lookers. Kind regards

The staff were all very helpful and provide an excellent service. I didn’t find the same with the online booking system though. My confirmation email read as if I was bringing my car to you but as I had booked the collect and deliver option I had to phone to confirm this. Also the online system didn’t make it clear you couldn’t specify a time for collection. A couple of days before the appointment I had an email stating collection would be between 8am and 12, also I had a text message which stated between 8.30 and 11.30 so a bit confusing!

Fantastic receptionist always makes you welcome. Lee had planned the visit as I come from a distance , part was in stock and was replaced whilst I waited . Mechanic john explained all details and finding 10/10 . Service department excelled themselves coming from Manchester to Blackburn for the repair . Brilliant young lady on sales , whilst waiting getting some fresh air had a chat no pressure just a polite person who discussed a second hand newer Tiguan . Like her style had time to chat whilst busy moving cars clearly understood she had a customer who might buy . Unlike the person who I passed who sold me the car polite chat a thank you great car you sold me ! Response cold , clearly busy actually he said end of month figures . Sitting with the public expect better communication from a senior sales person! Might I have changed my car yes but after him no thanks. However , looker Blackburn great experience with the service team , receptionist and the female sales lady .,Thanks you !

There was only 1 down side there aren't any car mats so it's more expense other than that no complaints
