I would like to highlight a member of staff to you, Adam Davidson at your Blackburn branch, for the exemplary service he provided during my recent purchase of my new car. Adam restored my faith in the process of car buying which has previously and unfortunately involved middle aged patronising men. It was refreshing to deal with someone was was neither of these things. Adam was clear, informative, helpful and reassuring. Less car salesman patter and more individual customer service. Adam’s style of customer care was stand out in an industry, that as a woman, often leads one to feel they are being condescendingly ripped off. I dealt with Csilla Fustos throughout (from initial enquiry through to handover) who was super helpful and fantastic from start to finish! This is my third experience of buying a car from new (all from different dealers) and this has been the best customer service provided. A couple of post-sale minor points were also handled very well via both Csilla and the dealer manager.
