This is the third car I have got from Adam Davidson at Lookers. I find him very professional, good at listening to what our needs are, and not at all pushy. He’s good at keeping in touch with us whilst we are waiting for our car to arrive too. On the day of collection I dealt with Csilla as Adam was off with covid. She was also excellent. I had to return to the garage a few days after collection due to a fault. On that day I had to wait quite a while in the showroom with my young son. The lady on reception was so kind, she gave us crayons to draw with and chatted to him to help keep him entertained.

I cannot fault the service team and I would also like to add my thanks to Paul Riding from when we bought the car in December because I didn't complete the survey then. Would highly recommend Lookers Blackburn to anyone who was looking for a new car.

I was greeted in store with a warm welcome by Scott who helped me from start to finish and assisted me where required along the way with my new car 😁

My only gripe is the aftercare service. Blackburn Lookers were good enough to give us a courtesy car while we gave our car in for some repairs. However Leicester branch were not very forthcoming considering my wife and I are in Leicester and she is disabled. So we have to go all the way to Blackburn to get our car fixed. That is very very upsetting for my wife. Especially when one spends over 40k for a car and this is the service they give us. Shame

Best service I've ever had from any dealer in the uk can't say more than 10 out of 10

Although I have to travel/wait for the service to be done which is a nuisance, the dealership provide a comfortable waiting area with free refreshments and very good Wi-Fi which helps pass the time. All in all a smooth operation.

I received a lovely box of wine from Linda Riley at lookers Blackburn was a lovely surprise and nice touch . Many thanks
