When booking a service online, there could have been a section where one could indicate if there were any problem(s) with the car thus enabling part(s) to be ordered in advance if possible and in doing so keeping waiting time to a minimum.

I had to wait a very long time for my service to be completed. All in all I was there for over 4 hours. The service being 3 and half hours and 2 new tyres taking 30 minutes

Because of where you are located there is a need for customers to go to the shops while waiting and you used to provide this Unfortunately you were unable to provide this this time and I had to sit for 3 hours in your showroom

I would willing say the service of the staff at Lookers Blackburn was first class both reception and sales staff if I rung for information i was rung back and when I went to pick the car up i was given a full tour of the car. The sales person i saw left, then I was very pleased with Simon.

Csilla was very helpful , knowledgeable about the car and checked about one problem of condensation and sorted it with the warranty team . She was good at communicating with us at all times while this was being done , made arrangements for the car to be delivered to us in great condition etc
