I have only given a 3 star rating to the booking section. The original appointment was certainly a 5 star. Due to circumstances I had to change the appointment. I thought the person wasn’t as pleasant on my call. Also as a motability customer I use the collection/delivery service . I have no problem with the £10 fee for such a good service . What did come out of my re schedule appointment was the two tier price seemingly depending on your post code. I really found this to be really insulting.
