Just after the service a warning light appeared ‘coolant fluid low’. Easy to top-up the water tank and add some anti-freeze, but disappointing given we’d just been in for a service. Thought they’d have looked at that. Very disappointing.

Great experience , Nik was extremely helpful & explained things to make the transaction much easier - no sales pressure at all which was brilliant. He has also said I can ring anytime I need to which is so reassuring. Thanks Nik we will be back in the future when we need another car
