It is a very straightforward system and the checking in just works at the click of a button.The whole experience was not stressful at all.The efficiency of the booking. The phone calls and emails of communication. Most importantly the friendliness of the individuals who call.All issues thereafter are clearly communicated and explained.

Fast and efficient way to book in.Whilst the person who dealt with my service was very pleasant and professional, I was promised that someone would come over to me, to discuss the possibility of changing my car. That person never approached at any point during my 3 hours onsite.

From the moment we contacted Lookers VW Blackburn we were well looked after by Paul. He was very accommodating and was able to answer any questions. When we arrived at the show room we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A very positive experience from start to finish!
