Easy to use and did not take long better when I got to garage.The service team were great everything was ready and sorted in no time very professional.But the sales team leave a lot to be desired I booked an appointment at the same time to view a new Tiguan no one new about and no car was ready to view in fact although I was told there was one to view there wasnt no one appeared interested my wife was disgustedWon’t be buying our next car from here.

A problem, that I was not aware of, was identified and dealt with very promptly - and at no cost as I had the extended warranty. Also, my car was washed and vacuumed, although I had not requested this. Very good all round.

Your Motability advisor was very personable and easy to talk to and sent a personalised brochure through to my email which was much appreciated. I only decided not to go ahead with leasing a VW due to poor reviews I read about infotainment screen problems. My current car (not VW) has this problem and I don't want to repeat the experience.
