A top service, done efficiently and without fuss. That's 5* in my book.A good, attentive welcome on arrival, the service staff looked ready for the inevitable rush of early morning customers. Paperwork all correct, and we discussed a problem with my access keys which was clear and informed - and the possible options were explained. The place was clean, all of the work was done nicely, I was updated, and key problem solved. That's all pretty good in my view.

Ease and pain free

Before submitting the online check-in their should be a confirmation message. I accidentally submitted mine with a random line as my signature, instead of an actual signature, by misclicking the submit button.Staff service was great, fixed my car quickly and I received a gift box afterwards which was very nice.
