The Motability specialist(female-cant remember her name) was thorough, showed us videos. explainde left foot driving and assessments. explained waiting times for cars. was friendly and professional. nice touch with the hot drinks machine as we had been to many dealers that day and a drink was welcome!

Katie was brilliant throughout - let down was cost of delivery £400 especially when learned that the diver had a car to take back from London + the fuel tank was more or less empty when the car was handed over.
