Wonderful service the staff were very helpful. My plans suddenly changed and I needed a while you wait service rather than dropping and leaving thankfully this was no issue for them and it was sorted for me whilst I waited.

Csilla provided exceptional customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from her.

Communicate the fact that if a customer wishes that their car can be available for a particular time, then they should book a waiting appointment in advance. I was very happy with the efforts to complete the service as soon as possible but noted in discussion with the adviser that an appointment was the best way to ensure that the car would available by particular time.

Paul was superb, I was discussing the purchase of a Tiguan R, unfortunately the part-ex offer for my vehicle was too low to accept, I then changed my mind for a Tourareg Black Edition which was a more suitable option given it's size, the specification available (Black Edition) as well as an additional £3k part exchange price so even discussing this with Paul I made the decision to purchase elsewhere at a dealer 300 miles from home as a result.
