Danielle was freindly and kept me informed well throughout the service process. She was sympathetic and tried to problem solve when the bill was larger than I expected. Overall she did a fab job!

Synchronisation between website and systems seems slow. I ended up with two appointments for same day because of delay in aligning from website and also slowness of response form a website booking meaning I thought it hadn’t worked..but it had!

We booked a 'wait while service' appointment. However, despite this, the service took longer than two hours. Our car then needed brake fluid and a new tyre, which took a further hour and 15 minutes to carry out.Not really an acceptable waiting time when we had booked the wait service.

I purchased a 6 months old R line Golf from Inchcape Volkswagen yesterday who basically offered a better deal than yourselves and the car was immediately available. Sorry but thanks for your time anyways.

All my experiences with Lookers Blackburn have been excellent. Always a pleasant experience, and we recommend them highly.

I left a message 3 days before the appointment to advise cancellation of the mot. This message was not passed onto the service reception.I was informed of an advisory on my vehicles front tyres. They were 4.9 and 4.5 respectively. This is well within the legal limits. I do not feel this justified an advisory.Unhappy that my vehicle had not been cleaned when upon collection. The clean had been requested.

We had a couple of issues but i was satisfied with how these were handled. Liam and John did a good job at keeping us informed and making sure we were happy with everything.
