The fault was dealt with promptly and we collected our car . However we didn’t receive the video and health check report until the following day. Another fault was mentioned on the video, but was not recorded on the report. We had to book in for the following week to correct the second problem. If we had received the video at the right time it would have saved a lot of hassle.
