It's a shame with what's happening with cars time frame we only changed cars due to wanting to go with first choice otherwise would be with yourselfs but would highly recommend to anyone and would come back in the future

The extra day waiting for the return of the car was a little frustrating. I was made aware that this was due to the number of vehicles being repaired and down to Motability not authorising the work to the car. All in all, I was still happy with the work carried out.

Very happy with the rattle/vibration issue which has been resolved. However I was informed by the service team that our car which was bought new last August and has only done 4500 miles requires a top up of a litre of oil! I would have thought a top up wouldn’t be needed until its first service after 10,000 miles. Does this imply there is something amiss with the engine?

I told the receptionist when booking in that the wheel nut etc were in the tool bag under driver seat but your report labels it missing. As the tool bag was under the seat when we picked the car up brand new we thought it was obvious to leave there 'cos you would know where to look if it was a regular place to leave or if she forgot to give you my message . The damaged tyre was replaced 2 days later at Kwikfit .
