I asked for the handbrake to be tightened and was told that they’d done it, but they haven’t. First-world problems. Not an essential.

All people I dealt with are very competent when dealing with me. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful service the staff were very helpful. My plans suddenly changed and I needed a while you wait service rather than dropping and leaving thankfully this was no issue for them and it was sorted for me whilst I waited.

Csilla provided exceptional customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from her.

Communicate the fact that if a customer wishes that their car can be available for a particular time, then they should book a waiting appointment in advance. I was very happy with the efforts to complete the service as soon as possible but noted in discussion with the adviser that an appointment was the best way to ensure that the car would available by particular time.
