A fairly standard performance with nothing out of the ordinary offered. In some ways we were lucky that the car had been built and was a specification and colour that we could accept. The car was due to be shipped as stock to another dealership and instead it was diverted Nd delivered to Blackburn.

The initial booking in was not good. I knew that the service and bodywork was going to take longer than a day, even though the operator said not. So when I got the call 30 mins afterwards to say the car was needed for 3 days (from sensible Linda) I was relieved.
