I was charged £20 for fuel. The car I purchased was £29,999. I paid the full screen price without any discount. I'm sure you could have absorbed this cost internally. You cannot sell a car without fuel, so this should be accounted for as a cost of sale, not passed on to the customer. When I initially enquired about the car I asked if there were any admin fees or add on charges and I was advised that no there were not. Then I get charged £20 for fuel. It seems rather unethical.
