Good service nice stuff

Due to personal reasons (the basics of which were explained to the relevant members of staff) I had to cancel pursuing the order. I was treated professionally and sympathetically. I shall have no hesitation in contacting the same members if and when my situation changes.

The initial sales person was ok, but service improved when Csilla took over, and she was excellent, had she been involved from the start it would have been 5 stars

Scott at Blackburn VW was super helpful, professional and not pushy at all. Scott provided us with a video of the car before we travelled to view. The car was sat ready and waiting for us when we arrived for our test drive.Unfortunately the car wasn’t for us but my brief Lookers experience was a refreshing change to the usually hellish main dealer experience. My partner HATES all car sales people with a passion but said she’d buy a car from Scott. Praise indeed!
