I dealt with your Sales Executive Mr Scott Gaskill and not being very technically minded i was unable to complete your on line documentation which Scott kindly helped me with. I would never have been able to complete it with out his assistance, very much appreciated. He was very help full with all aspects regarding the purchase of my new vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this Sales Excutive 11.

We didn't meet anyone in person because we bought the car from down in Birmingham, but all was organised by Paul and he made sure we were shown all of the condition inside and out on video before purchase, sorted out all paperwork with DVLA etc. and he was an absolute pleasure to do business with. So please say a big thank you to Paul. We love the car and John Knight who delivered the car was also lovely.

Obviously I purchased under difficult circumstances, there wasn’t a car available to test drive or see so I bought it blind, therefore taking a risk but it was a good risk.I did feel like it was dropped on me as I’d ordered it in August 21 and the updates I was receiving kept saying it’s not been built yet then all of a sudden it had arrived at the dealership.Then there was an issue with fuel as my car had a large amount in but I was only going to receive £20 from the dealership, eventually this was rectified.The car is great and the wait has been crazy but I would definitely return as a customer for my next car as a long term customer I do feel you try to look after me and give me the best possible deal.Csilla was great salesperson too and I’d want to deal with her again in the future
