Nick who dealt with me was very helpful and pleasant

SOS call indication error should have been fixed but has illuminated on 2 out of 5 journeys since.Not the dealership's fault, but disappointing that the car has had to be booked in for a further THREE days for attention to software faults.Being able to book in online and list all faults beforehand was very welcome.Details on website about what to do on arrival need updating (they are still for lockdown times).Ahmed on reception was great as was the technician who came out to explain about the many software faults.

I couldn't hear the technician very well in the video, could tell he did a very thorough check and no doubt a very good technician, just needed to speak a bit louder and clearer.

Cesila was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She kept us updated throughout and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.Thank you
